Aubrey Montgomery - Principal and President
Aubrey Montgomery founded Rittenhouse Political Partners, a Pennsylvania-based fundraising firm, in 2013 after more than a decade spent raising millions of dollars in more than a dozen states.
Aubrey is regarded as one of top fundraising professionals in the country, not only for her ability to create and execute finance plans, but also for her ability to coach candidates and manage finance staff.
Neil Deegan - Managing Principal
Neil Deegan, a skilled political and non-profit leader with more than a decade of experience, joined the firm’s team of fundraising professionals as managing principal.
Neil joined Rittenhouse Political Partners from Enroll America, a non-profit organization focused on connecting the uninsured with health coverage, where he served as the Pennsylvania state director.
Rachel Doran - Principal
Rachel Doran is a Southeastern Pennsylvania native. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009, Rachel moved to DC to pursue a political fundraising career. In 2010, Rachel returned to Pennsylvania and has been raising money throughout the Commonwealth ever since, including as Deputy Finance Director for Senator Bob Casey’s re-election campaign in Western Pennsylvania.
Rachel joined Rittenhouse Political Partners in 2014 with experience on the federal, state, county and local levels, having raised millions of dollars to get Democrats elected. Rachel currently resides in Montgomery County with her cavapoo, Nevy.
Andrea Ramunno - Principal
Andrea Ramunno is the newest Principal at Rittenhouse Political Partners. She joins the firm from Senator Bob Casey’s campaign, where she worked as Pennsylvania Finance Director, helping to lead the finance team that raised $22 million and funded the largest win margin for any of the “Trump 10” states.
Before that, she was the Finance Director for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party in 2016, when the Democratic National Convention was in Philadelphia. With nearly ten years of political experience, she has also worked for State Senator and Democratic Appropriations Chairman Vincent Hughes, the DCCC, and Obama for America, as well as various state and local races.
Julie Carr - Controller
Julie Carr joined Rittenhouse Political Partners in January 2019 as it’s first Controller.
She joined our team from the Wolf Inaugural Committee and Tom Wolf for Governor, where she served as Deputy Director of Compliance and Operations. There she managed day-to-day financial data, reports, contracts, and office budget for the $31 million campaign. Previously, she served as Senior Associate with Princeton Strategies, managing a fundraising portfolio of political and 501(c)(3) nonprofit clients.
Before returning to Philadelphia in 2016, Julie raised millions nationwide for DC-based prostate cancer and breast cancer charities through peer-to-peer fundraising programs and event partnerships. She is especially proud of her time spent training nonprofit executives and board members on fundraising strategy and technology.
A passionate Temple graduate, Julie serves on the Executive Committee of the Temple University Young Alumni Association (TUYA) Board. She supports the best sports teams on the planet: Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Capitals, and Liverpool FC.

Dornell Burrell - Project Manager
Dornell joined Rittenhouse Political Partners in the fall of 2017 as a fellow, and is now a project manager with the firm.
In 2016, Dornell began his political career as a finance intern for the campaign of Steve Santarsiero in Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional district, one of the most competitive Congressional campaigns in the country in the 2016 cycle. After his time on the Santarsiero campaign, Dornell went on to work as a finance intern for Governor Tom Wolf’s re-election campaign.
Dornell graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics. Dornell grew up in Bucks County, currently resides in Philadelphia, and has a love of all things Marvel.
Cole D.M. Dougherty - Project Manager
Cole joined Rittenhouse Political Partners as a project manager in 2018. Cole previously worked at Rittenhouse Political Partners as a fundraising fellow.
In 2017, Cole served as finance director for the successful 2017 Democratic county-wide campaign in Delaware County. Overseeing all fundraising and compliance efforts, he helped a slate of five candidates (County Council, Controller, Sheriff, and Register of Wills) raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to oust Republicans from seats the GOP had held for decades in Pennsylvania’s fifth largest county.
Cole is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, a native of Delaware County, and currently resides in Fairmount.
Kareema Wilson - Project Assistant
Kareema joined the Rittenhouse Political Partners team in July 2018.
Kareema has been interested in politics and government since she was a little girl. At the age of 13, she volunteered on President Obama’s 2008 campaign, and did so again for his 2012 campaign for re-election. During college, Kareema interned for Congressman Dwight Evans’ campaign. She also organized a campus-wide event on reducing gun violence in our communities, in memory of the life of a fellow student at school as well as Kareema’s brother – both victims of gun violence. Kareema hopes to see more women elected in office, and aspires to someday run for office herself.
A lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, Kareema earned a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Women’s & Gender Studies from West Chester University in 2018. Kareema is fluent in sign language. In her free time, Kareema enjoys cooking, makeup, nail polish, and dogs.
Elizabeth Montgomery - Administrative Coordinator
Elizabeth was born and raised in the South Texas border town of Mercedes. She attended Yale University on scholarship, graduating in three years with undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Psychology.
After a successful 25 year career in sales, Elizabeth joined Rittenhouse Political Partners in 2015 as our administrative coordinator.
Elizabeth, or “Ms. E” as she is known here, is mother to Aubrey, Devon, Katelynn and Owen Montgomery, and grandmother to Shireen Pasha. When not at work, Ms. E loves to travel (to the beach or Europe), is a voracious reader and an avid Game of Thrones fan. She enjoys hiking, calligraphy, adult coloring books, visiting museums and historical homes. Ms. E lives in Passyunk.
